Human Resources Governance in Non-Profit

Rathika was elected to the Canadian parliament at 29 as the youngest Member of Parliament in the province of Ontario. Rathika is the Principal at Harmony Mediation and Consulting.  She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations (MIR), and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a concentration in Strategic Human Resources Management (BCom).  As a Prosci certified change practitioner, Rathika is helping organizations become more agile by driving adoption and achieving initiative success.
